Santa Ion Roata is one of the oldest bicycle stores in Bucharest. We opened our doors on November 16, 2009 and shortly afterwards we were present online. The motivation was simple: the pleasure of getting increased in general and to ride the bike in particular. The name was played. It is a name with weight and historical load and it fits perfectly to the activity we do. At first, Moș Ion Roata was the only importer in Romania of Felt bicycles, an American brand that enjoyed very successful among cyclists. Shortly afterwards, other brands like Catlike - the Spanish headphone and cycling glasses, Vittoria - Italian tire producer, XLC Parts - German manufacturer of parts and accessories and Castelli - one of the most renowned equipment manufacturers for cycling were entered the portfolio. At the beginning of 2019, Moș Ion Roata changed his management and was purchased by Sprint-Bike Sport S.R.L. from Cluj, one of the greatest importers and distributors of articles dedicated to cycling. This first meant a change in product portfolio, but this is a good thing, because the current product portfolio is greater and more diversified than ever. Some of the brands we are proud to sell both in our physical and online store are: Continental, Focus, BBB, Castelli, Alpinestars, Reverse, Haro, Sprint, Force, Muc -ff, Abus, KMC and others. Our range of products is very diverse and covers both the usual and consumables, but also accessible products dedicated to beginners or premium products that will certainly satisfy even the most demanding of the athletes. During the winter months, Moș Ion Roata is done for maintaining and for skiing and snowboarding plates.
