Hlinsko is perfectly located in the same region of Pardubického region, where the steep Železné Hory (Železné Hory) meets the slightly undulating terrain of Žďárských vrchů. Since 2019, it has regularly held significant gravel competitions and has already hosted the start of the České republiky Mistrovství v gravelu three times. The dedicated organizing team has more than 30 years of experience in organizing professional sports events.
